     Alexander Fraser, 5th of Strichen was the son of Thomas Fraser, 4th of Strichen and Marion Irvine.2 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Cockburn, daughter of Sir Archibald Cockburn of Langton, 4th Bt. and Marion Sinclair.1 He married, secondly, Hon. Emilia Stuart, daughter of James Stuart, Lord Doune and Catherine Tollemache, in 1697.3 He died on 3 November 1699.1,4

     Alexander Fraser, Lord Strichen was the son of Alexander Fraser, 5th of Strichen and Hon. Emilia Stuart.2 He married Lady Anne Campbell, daughter of Archibald Campbell, 1st Duke of Argyll and Elizabeth Tollemache, on 19 September 1731 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.3,4 He was also reported to have been married on 4 November 1731 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.5 He died on 15 February 1775.1,4
     He was styled as Lord Strichen [Scottish Law Lord] in 1730.1 He held the office of a Lord of Session between 1730 and 1775.1

     Alexander Fraser, 9th of Strichen was the son of Alexander Fraser, 8th of Strichen and Jean Menzies.2 He married Amelia Mary Leslie, daughter of John Leslie of Balquhain, in 1801.1 He died in 1803.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Dragoon Guards.1
