Hon. Andrew Roy Matthew Fraser was born on 24 February 1952.1 He was the son of Simon Christopher Joseph Fraser, 15th Lord (Fraser of) Lovat and Rosamond Broughton.1 He married Lady Charlotte Anne Greville, daughter of David Robin Francis Guy Greville, 8th Earl of Warwick and Sarah Anne Chester Beatty, in 1979.1 He died on 15 March 1994 at age 42 at Tanzania, fatally gored by a buffalo.1

From 1985, her married name became Keswick.2 She was a practising political advisor to the Chancellor of the Exchequer between 1988 and 1995.1 She was Director of the Centre for Policy Studies in 1995.1
