Samuel Carson Fitzwilliam Allen was born on 19 August 1904 at St. Marylebone, London, England.1 He was the son of William Edward Allen and Sarah Collett Phinn.1 He married, firstly, Barbara Welford Dixon, daughter of William H. Dixon, on 16 March 1937 at Chelsea, London, England.1 He married, secondly, Patricia Beatrice Eden Neate, daughter of Commander Charles Eden Neate and Dorothy Tucker, on 22 October 1953 at Chelsea, London, England.1 He died on 21 June 1986 at age 81 at Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England.3,2
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1945, in the Royal Air Force.1 He lived in 1958 at Lathbury Park, Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1
