Leopold Guy Francis Maynard Greville, 6th Earl of Warwick was born on 10 September 1882 at 16 Grosvenor Square, London, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Francis Richard Charles Guy Greville, 5th Earl of Warwick and Frances Evelyn Maynard.1 He was baptised on 19 October 1882 at Chapel Royal, St. James’s, London, EnglandG, with HRH Prince Leopold of Great Britain and Ireland as his sponsor.1 He married Elfrida Marjorie Eden, daughter of Sir William Eden, 5th/7th Bt. and Sybil Frances Grey, on 29 April 1909 at St. Margaret’s Church, Westminster, London, EnglandG.4 He died on 31 January 1928 at age 45.5
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was styled as Lord Brooke between 1893 and 1924.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1901.4 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant on 3 November 1900 in the 1st Life Guards.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to Lord Milner between 1901 and 1902 at South AfricaG.4 He was a Reuters correspondant during the Russo-Japanese War between 1904 and 1905.4 He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1905.4 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Inspector-General of the Forces in 1907.4 He succeeded as the 6th Earl Brooke of Warwick Castle [G.B., 1746] on 15 January 1924.5 He succeeded as the 6th Earl of Warwick [G.B., 1759] on 15 January 1924.5 He succeeded as the 13th Baron Brooke of Beauchamps Court, co. Warwick [E., 1621] on 15 January 1924.5

Elfrida Marjorie Eden was born on 5 June 1887.1 She was the daughter of Sir William Eden, 5th/7th Bt. and Sybil Frances Grey.1 She married Leopold Guy Francis Maynard Greville, 6th Earl of Warwick, son of Francis Richard Charles Guy Greville, 5th Earl of Warwick and Frances Evelyn Maynard, on 29 April 1909 at St. Margaret’s Church, Westminster, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 10 February 1943 at age 55.3
Her married name became Greville. She was appointed Dame of Grace, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (D.G.St.J.)4 After her marriage, Elfrida Marjorie Eden was styled as Countess of Warwick on 15 January 1924. She held the office of Mayor of Warwick between 1929 and 1930.4 She held the office of Mayor of Warwick in 1931.4

P/O William Meade Lindsley Fiske III was born on 4 June 1911 at Brooklyn, New York City, New York, U.S.A.3,2 He was the son of William Meade Lindsley Fiske II.1 He married Rose Bingham, daughter of Lieutenant David Cecil Bingham and Lady Rosabelle Millicent St. Clair-Erskine, on 8 September 1938.1 He died on 17 August 1940 at age 29 at Royal West Sussex Hospital, Chichester, Sussex, England, from injuries received in action.1,2
He was awarded the Olympic Gold Medal in 1928 in bobsled.2 He was educated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He was awarded the Olympic Gold Medal in 1932 in bobsled.2 In 1937 he opened a ski lodge in Aspen, Colorado, the first in the area.2 He gained the rank of Acting Pilot Officer in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.2 He fought in the Second World War.1
