David Arbuthnott.1 He was baptised on 5 May 1848.1 He married Florence Elvina Ray, daughter of William Ray and Charlotte Fitzgerald, on 3 May 1872 at Baptist Church, New Town, Madras, India.1 He died on 10 September 1913 at age 67 at Nagpur, India.1
     He was assistant enginer and supervisor of the Public Works Department.1
