     Winifred Strachey was the daughter of Sir John Strachey and Katherine Jane Batten.¹ She married Sir Hugh Shakespear Barnes on 12 June 1883.¹ She died on 20 August 1892.¹
     From 12 June 1883, her married name became Barnes.¹

     Nina Strachey was the daughter of Sir John Strachey and Katherine Jane Batten.¹ She married, firstly, William Edmund Marriott, son of Reverend Wharton Booth Marriott, on 27 December 1894.¹ She married, secondly, Lindsay Millais Jopling on 24 October 1916.¹ She and Lindsay Millais Jopling were divorced in 1927.¹ She died on 28 July 1946.¹
     From 27 December 1894, her married name became Marriott.¹ From 24 October 1916, her married name became Jopling.¹

     William Edmund Marriott was the son of Reverend Wharton Booth Marriott.¹ He married Nina Strachey, daughter of Sir John Strachey and Katherine Jane Batten, on 27 December 1894.¹ He died in 1915.¹

     Mary Lawrence Strachey was the daughter of Sir John Strachey and Katherine Jane Batten.¹ She married Willoughby Baynes Huddleston, son of Major Graham Egerton Huddleston, on 25 April 1903.¹ She died on 25 October 1955.¹
     From 25 April 1903, her married name became Huddleston.¹

     Willoughby Baynes Huddleston was the son of Major Graham Egerton Huddleston.¹ He married Mary Lawrence Strachey, daughter of Sir John Strachey and Katherine Jane Batten, on 25 April 1903.¹ He died on 1 May 1953.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Indian Navy.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹

     Major Graham Egerton Huddleston gained the rank of Major in the East Surrey Regiment.¹

     Jane Strachey was the daughter of Sir John Strachey and Katherine Jane Batten.¹ She died on 22 June 1958, unmarried.¹

     Anne Maria Georgina Strachey was born on 22 June 1831.² She was the daughter of Richard Strachey and Anne Marie Powell.¹ She married George Strachey, son of Edward Strachey and Julia Woobine Kirkpatrick, on 5 June 1857.¹ She died on 25 January 1858 at age 26, without issue.¹
