Edward Clinton, 5th Earl of Lincoln1 
He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) in 1661.1 He succeeded as the 5th Earl of Lincoln [E., 1572] on 21 May 1667.1 He succeeded as the 13th Lord Clinton [E., 1299] on 21 May 1667.1 On his death, the barony of Clinton fell into abeyance between his aunts.1
