John MacLeod, 11th of Raasay1 
In 1773 he entertained Dr Johnson during his tour with Boswell to the Western Isles.1 He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court on 16 July 1779.1 He also had nine other daughters.1

He lived at Eyre, Isle of Skye, Scotland.2 In 1745 he joined in the Uprising.1 He had three sons (all died without issue) and two daughters.1
