     William Tighe was born on 21 December 1710.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Richard Tighe.1 He married, secondly, Margaret Theaker, daughter of Captain Thomas Theaker.2 He married, firstly, Lady Mary Bligh, daughter of John Bligh, 1st Earl of Darnley and Theodosia Hyde, Baroness Clifton (of Leighton Bromswold), in March 1736.2 He died on 10 September 1766 at age 55.1
