     Hugh Robert Hesketh was born on 11 June 1850.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas George Fermor-Hesketh, 5th Bt. and Lady Anna Maria Isabella Fermor.¹ He died in 1879.¹

     Elizabeth Benson was the daughter of Robert Benson and Dorothy Jenkins.¹ She married Sir John Wodehouse, 4th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Wodehouse and Anne Armyne, circa 17 June 1700.¹ She died on 5 January 1700/1, without issue.¹
     From circa 17 June 1700, her married name became Wodehouse.

     Arthur Gaitskell was born in 1870.² He was the son of James Gandy Gaitskell and Emily Todd Naylor.³ He married Adelaide Mary Jamieson, daughter of George Jamieson, before 1906.¹ He died in 1915.²
     He was with the Indian Civil Service.²

     William Henry Pell lived at Holme House, Nottinghamshire, England^G.¹

     Sir Armine Wodehouse, 5th Bt. was born in 1714.¹ He was the son of Sir John Wodehouse, 4th Bt. and Mary Fermor.² He married Letitia Bacon, daughter of Sir Edmund Bacon, 6th Bt. and Mary Kemp, on 3 October 1738.¹ He died on 21 May 1777.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norfolk between 1737 and 1768.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the East Norfolk Militia.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Wodehouse, of Kimberley, co. Norfolk [E., 1611] on 6 August 1754.¹

     Letitia Bacon was the daughter of Sir Edmund Bacon, 6th Bt. and Mary Kemp.¹ She married Sir Armine Wodehouse, 5th Bt., son of Sir John Wodehouse, 4th Bt. and Mary Fermor, on 3 October 1738.¹ She died circa April 1758.¹ She was buried on 7 April 1758.¹
     Her married name became Wodehouse.

     Sir Edmund Bacon, 6th Bt. was born before 1686. He was the son of Sir Robert Bacon, 5th Bt. and Elizabeth Chandler.¹ He married Mary Kemp, daughter of Sir Robert Kemp, 3rd Bt. and Letitia King, on 27 November 1712 at Ubbeston, Suffolk, England^G.¹ He died on 30 April 1755, without male issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Bacon, of Redgrave, co. Suffolk [E., 1611] on 31 January 1704, and ‘of Garboldisham, co. Norfolk.¹‘ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Thetford between 1710 and 1713.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norfolk between 1728 and 1741.¹ He lived at Garboldisham, Norfolk, England^G.¹

     John Wodehouse, 1st Baron Wodehouse of Kimberley was born on 4 April 1741.³ He was the son of Sir Armine Wodehouse, 5th Bt. and Letitia Bacon.³ He married Sophia Berkeley, daughter of Hon. Charles Berkeley and Frances West, on 30 March 1769.³ He died on 29 May 1834 at age 93.³
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Wodehouse, of Kimberley, co. Norfolk [E., 1611] on 21 May 1777.³ He held the office of Recorder of Falmouth.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Norfolk between 1784 and 1797.³ He was created 1st Baron Wodehouse of Kimberley, co. Norfolk [Great Britain] on 26 October 1797.¹

     Sophia Berkeley was the daughter of Hon. Charles Berkeley and Frances West.² She married John Wodehouse, 1st Baron Wodehouse of Kimberley, son of Sir Armine Wodehouse, 5th Bt. and Letitia Bacon, on 30 March 1769.¹ She died on 16 April 1825.¹
     From 30 March 1769, her married name became Wodehouse. After her marriage, Sophia Berkeley was styled as Baroness Wodehouse of Kimberley on 17 October 1797.

     Hon. Charles Berkeley was born on 21 June 1701. He was the son of William Berkeley, 4th Baron Berkeley of Stratton and Frances Temple.² He married Frances West, daughter of Colonel John West, in 1745. He died in 1765.
     He lived at Bruton Abbey, Somerset, England^G.¹
