     Ernest Lionel Francis Cavendish was born on 2 February 1863.¹ He was the son of Francis William Henry Cavendish and Lady Eleanor Sophia Diana FitzGibbon.¹ He married Jessie Jenkins, daughter of William Jenkins, on 23 February 1886.¹ He died on 10 May 1946 at age 83.¹
     He was with the Madras Police and Prisons Department between 1883 and 1900.¹ He was with the UK Prisons Service between 1900 and 1922.¹

     Jessie Jenkins was the daughter of William Jenkins.¹ She married Ernest Lionel Francis Cavendish, son of Francis William Henry Cavendish and Lady Eleanor Sophia Diana FitzGibbon, on 23 February 1886.¹ She died on 29 October 1930.¹
     Her married name became Cavendish.

     William Jenkins lived at West House, Fishguard, Pembrokeshire, Wales^G.¹

     Ralph Henry Voltelin Cavendish was born on 27 March 1887 at Colombo, Sri Lanka^G.² He was the son of Colonel Alfred Edward John Cavendish and Alice Isabella Van der Byl.² He married Lady Gweneth Frida Ponsonby, daughter of Edward Ponsonby, 8th Earl of Bessborough and Blanche Vere Guest, on 4 February 1926.¹ He died on 21 June 1968 at age 81.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.² He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1910.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Grenadier Guards.² He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.² He gained the rank of Colonel in the Home Guard.² He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1945.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Kent in 1952.²

     Lady Gweneth Frida Ponsonby was born on 15 June 1888.¹ She was the daughter of Edward Ponsonby, 8th Earl of Bessborough and Blanche Vere Guest.¹ She married, firstly, Hon. Windham Baring, son of Major Rt. Hon. Evelyn Baring, 1st Earl of Cromer and Ethel Errington, on 10 July 1913.¹ She married, secondly, Ralph Henry Voltelin Cavendish, son of Colonel Alfred Edward John Cavendish and Alice Isabella Van der Byl, on 4 February 1926.¹ She died in 1984.²
     From 10 July 1913, her married name became Baring. From 4 February 1926, her married name became Cavendish. She was awarded the Order of Mercy.² She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent in 1942.²

     Hon. Windham Baring was born on 29 September 1880.² He was the son of Major Rt. Hon. Evelyn Baring, 1st Earl of Cromer and Ethel Errington.^1,2 He married Lady Gweneth Frida Ponsonby, daughter of Edward Ponsonby, 8th Earl of Bessborough and Blanche Vere Guest, on 10 July 1913.¹ He died on 28 December 1922 at age 42.¹
     He fought in the First World War.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.¹ He was managing director of Baring Brothers.² He was director of the Buenos Aires Great Southern Railway.²

     Edward Simon Myles Cavendish was born on 4 August 1928.¹ He was the son of Ralph Henry Voltelin Cavendish and Lady Gweneth Frida Ponsonby.¹ He died on 4 January 1947 at age 18, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Officer Cadet in the Grenadier Guards.¹

     Charles Gilbert Wodehouse was born on 28 December 1885.¹ He was the son of Reverend Phillip John Wodehouse and Marion Bryan Wallas.² He married Adelaide Mary Jamieson, daughter of George Jamieson, on 26 November 1919.¹ He died on 26 July 1969 at age 83, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Haileybury College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Major between 1915 and 1920 in the Indian Army Reserve of Officers.¹ He was awarded the Chevalier, Crown of Belgium.¹ He was Belgian Consul to Rangoon between 1928 and 1939.¹ He was director of the Burma-Siam Rice Company.¹

     Adelaide Mary Jamieson was the daughter of George Jamieson.² She married, firstly, Arthur Gaitskell, son of James Gandy Gaitskell and Emily Todd Naylor, before 1906.¹ She married, secondly, Charles Gilbert Wodehouse, son of Reverend Phillip John Wodehouse and Marion Bryan Wallas, on 26 November 1919.¹ She died on 14 October 1956.¹
     From before 1919, her married name became Gaitskell.¹ Her married name became Wodehouse.
