Hon. Anna Frances Maxwell1 
Hon. Anna Frances Maxwell was the daughter of Hon. Richard Thomas Maxwell and Charlotte Anne Elrington.3,4 She married Thomas Cosby Burrowes, son of James Edward Burrowes and Mary Anne Nesbitt, on 15 April 1885.1 She died on 5 April 1937.4
From 15 April 1885, her married name became Burrowes. On 14 May 1897 she was granted the rank of a baron’s daughter.4
