     Erica Carrington Cooke is the daughter of Professor W. E. Cooke.² She married John Adrian Minchin, son of Ernest William Minchin and Helen Victoria Kildahl, on 16 March 1921.¹
     From 16 March 1921, her married name became Minchin.
