     Charlotte Anne Elrington was the daughter of Henry Preston Elrington.¹ She married Hon. Richard Thomas Maxwell, son of Reverend Henry Maxwell, 6th Baron Farnham and Lady Anne Butler, on 7 March 1848.¹ She died on 1 March 1910.¹
     Her married name became Maxwell.

     Henry Preston Elrington graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹ He was the Precentor at Ferns Cathedral, Ferns, County Wexford, Ireland^G.¹ He was the Rector at Templeshambo.¹

     Somerset Richard Maxwell, 8th Baron Farnham was born on 18 October 1803.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Maxwell, 6th Baron Farnham and Lady Anne Butler.¹ He married, firstly, Dorothea Pennefather, daughter of Richard Pennefather and Jane Bennet, on 30 May 1839.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Anne Delap, daughter of Samuel Delap, on 31 May 1864.¹ He died on 4 June 1884 at age 80, without issue.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for County Cavan between 1839 and 1840.¹ He succeeded as the 8th Baron Farnham, of Farnham, co. Cavan [I., 1756] on 20 June 1868.¹

     Dorothea Pennefather was the daughter of Richard Pennefather and Jane Bennet.¹ She married Somerset Richard Maxwell, 8th Baron Farnham, son of Reverend Henry Maxwell, 6th Baron Farnham and Lady Anne Butler, on 30 May 1839.¹ She died on 30 November 1861.¹
     Her married name became Maxwell.

     Colonel Frederick Lee Hopkinson Lyon was born on 6 November 1833 at St. Georges, London, England.¹ He married Rosabella Harriett Louisa Peters, daughter of William Peters and Marianne Jane Bonham, on 30 April 1874 at Slaugham, Sussex, England.¹ He died on 29 March 1906 at age 72 at Brighton, Sussex, England.¹

     Mary Anne Delap was the daughter of Samuel Delap.¹ She married Somerset Richard Maxwell, 8th Baron Farnham, son of Reverend Henry Maxwell, 6th Baron Farnham and Lady Anne Butler, on 31 May 1864.¹ She died on 1 November 1873.¹
     From 31 May 1864, her married name became Maxwell. After her marriage, Mary Anne Delap was styled as Baroness Farnham on 20 June 1868.

     Samuel Delap lived at Monellan, County Donegal, Ireland^G.¹

     Lt.-Col. James Pierce Maxwell, 9th Baron Farnham was born in 1813.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Maxwell, 6th Baron Farnham and Lady Anne Butler.¹ He died on 26 October 1896, unmarried.¹
     He fought in the Crimean War, where he was severely wounded.¹ He was awarded the Knight, Order of the Medjidie.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for County Cavan.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Baron Farnham, of Farnham, co. Cavan [I., 1756] on 4 June 1884.¹ He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Maxwell, of Calderwood [N.S., 1627] on 4 December 1885.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 97th Foot.¹

     George Whitelocke Whitelocke-Lloyd married Lady Anne Margaret Butler, daughter of Somerset Richard Butler, 3rd Earl of Carrick and Anne Wynne, on 7 February 1861.¹
     He lived at Calton, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Strancally Castle, County Waterford, Ireland^G.¹

     Reverend Pierce Butler was born on 27 February 1826.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Gen. Hon. Henry Edward Butler and Jane Gowan.² He married Catherine Twisden Smith-Marriott, daughter of Rev. Sir William Marriott Smith-Marriott, 4th Bt. and Julia Elizabeth Hodges, on 30 July 1861.¹ He died on 8 February 1868 at age 41.¹
     He was the Rector at Ulcombe, Kent, England^G.¹ He was Military Chaplain in the Crimea and Expedition to Kertch.¹
