     Eliza Bankhead Magruder was the daughter of Commodore George Allen Magruder.² She married Robert James Burrowes, son of Robert Burrowes and Anna Frances Carden, on 1 June 1876.¹ She died on 31 July 1913.
     From 1 June 1876, her married name became Burrowes.

     Major Robert Philip Burrowes was born on 10 March 1882.¹ He was the son of Robert James Burrowes and Eliza Bankhead Magruder.² He died on 15 January 1950 at age 67, unmarried.¹
     He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the The Rifle Brigade.¹ He lived at Hewison House, Dorchester, Dorset, England^G.¹

     Helena Mary Burrowes was born on 6 June 1877.¹ She was the daughter of Robert James Burrowes and Eliza Bankhead Magruder.² She died on 2 October 1878 at age 1.¹

     Kathleen Fanny Burrowes was born on 8 October 1881.¹ She was the daughter of Robert James Burrowes and Eliza Bankhead Magruder.² She married Thomas George Wills-Sandford on 12 February 1907.¹ She died on 25 July 1963 at age 81.¹
     From 12 February 1907, her married name became Wills-Sandford.

     Thomas George Wills-Sandford married Kathleen Fanny Burrowes, daughter of Robert James Burrowes and Eliza Bankhead Magruder, on 12 February 1907.¹ He died on 18 May 1948.¹

     Thomas James Burrowes was born on 13 May 1880.¹ He was the son of Robert James Burrowes and Eliza Bankhead Magruder.² He married Blanche Wilson Mappin, daughter of Joseph Charles Mappin, on 15 January 1920.¹ He died on 25 November 1935 at age 55.¹

     Blanche Wilson Mappin was the daughter of Joseph Charles Mappin.¹ She married Thomas James Burrowes, son of Robert James Burrowes and Eliza Bankhead Magruder, on 15 January 1920.¹ She died on 26 December 1953.¹
     From 15 January 1920, her married name became Burrowes.

     James Edward Burrowes was born on 5 August 1921.¹ He is the son of Thomas James Burrowes and Blanche Wilson Mappin.² He married, firstly, Marguerite Bolton, daughter of Guy Bolton, on 5 August 1950.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.¹ He was with Brook Bond & Company at Buenos Aires, Argentina^G.¹
