     Theophilus Edward Lucas-Clements was the son of Reverend Edward Lucas and Elizabeth Anne Clements.2 He married Elizabeth Beatrice Isabella Upton, daughter of Reverend Shuckburgh Whitney Upton, on 22 September 1829.1 He died in 1852.1
     He was given the name of Theophilus Edward Lucas at birth.1 On 2 July 1823 his name was legally changed to Theophilus Edward Lucas-Clements by Royal Licence.1 He lived at Rathkenny, County Cavan, IrelandG.1
