Lady Elizabeth Bingham was born circa 1795. She was the daughter of Richard Bingham, 2nd Earl of Lucan and Lady Elizabeth Belasyse.1,3 She married George Granville Harcourt, son of Most Rev. and Rt. Hon. Edward Vernon-Harcourt and Lady Anne Leveson-Gower, on 27 March 1815.3 She died on 9 September 1838.3
From 27 March 1815, her married name became Venables-Vernon. From 15 January 1831, her married name became George Granville Vernon-Harcourt.
