Sir Thomas Baring, 2nd Bt.1 
He was in the Honourable East India Company Service between 1790 and 1801.2 He was a partner in Barings Brothers at London, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Wycombe between 1806 and 1832.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Baring, of London [G.B., 1793] on 12 September 1810.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hampshire between June 1832 and December 1832.1 He lived at Stratton Park, Micheldever, Hampshire, EnglandG.1
He “was best known for his fine taste in art and his magnificent collection of pictures.”2
