     Isabella Macdougall is the daughter of Ewen MacDougall, 5th of Lorn and 7th of Dunollie and Joan Isaac.^2,3 She married Sir John Stewart of Innermeath, 3rd of Lorn, son of Sir Robert Stewart of Innermeath, in 1386.¹ She died on 21 December 1439.²
     She lived at Argyllshire, Scotland^G. She was also known as Isabel de Ergadia.² From 1386, her married name became Stewart.

     Henry Judsham lived at Oldport, Modbury, Devon, England^G.¹

     Elizabeth Baring was born on 21 July 1744 at Larkbeare, Devon, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of John Baring and Elizabeth Vowler.¹ She married John Dunning, 1st Baron Ashburton, son of John Dunning and Agnes Judsham, on 31 March 1780 at St. Leonard’s, Exeter, Devon, England^G.¹ She died on 23 February 1809 at age 64 at Cardigan Place, London, England^G.¹
     From 31 March 1780, her married name became Dunning.¹ After her marriage, Elizabeth Baring was styled as Baroness Ashburton on 8 April 1782.

     John Baring was born on 15 November 1697 at Bremen, Germany^G.² He was the son of Dr. Franz Baring and Rebecca Vogds.^3,2 He married Elizabeth Vowler, daughter of John Vowler and Elizabeth Townsend, on 15 February 1729.² He died in November 1748 at Larkbeare, Devon, England^G.^4,5 He was buried on 3 November 1748.⁶
     He was given the name of Johannes Baring at birth.² He emigrated to Exeter, Devon, England^G, arriving on 1717.³ He was naturalized as a English citizen in 1723.⁶ He was a merchant, in the Virginia trade.^1,7 He lived at Larkbeare, Devon, England^G.¹

     Elizabeth Vowler was born in 1702.² She was the daughter of John Vowler and Elizabeth Townsend.^1,2 She married John Baring, son of Dr. Franz Baring and Rebecca Vogds, on 15 February 1729.² She died on 16 April 1766 at St. Leonards, Devon, England^G.² She was buried on 16 April 1766.³
     She was also known as Anne Elizabeth Bowler.² From 15 February 1729, her married name became Baring.
     She was “a woman of capacity and excellent understanding.”²

     unknown daughter Stewart was the daughter of Walter Stewart, 3rd High Steward of Scotland and Beatrix of Angus.^2,1 She married Donald, Lord of the Isles, son of Ranald, Lord of the Isles and unknown daughter (?).²

     John Vowler was born in 1667.² He was the son of John Vowler and Mary Shute.² He married Elizabeth Townsend, daughter of Thomas Townsend and Elizabeth Skinner, in 1694.² He died in 1748.²
     He was also known as John Bowler.² He lived at Bellair, Devon, England^G.¹

     Richard Barré Dunning, 2nd Baron Ashburton was born on 20 September 1782.¹ He was the son of John Dunning, 1st Baron Ashburton and Elizabeth Baring.¹ He married Anne Selby Cunninghame, daughter of William Cuninghame, 1st of Lainshaw and Margaret Nicolson Cranstoun, on 17 September 1805 at Lainshaw^G.¹ He died on 15 February 1823 at age 40 at Friar’s Hall, Roxburghshire, Scotland^G, without issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Ashburton, of Ashburton, Devon [G.B., 1782] on 18 August 1783.¹ He wrote the book Genealogical Memoirs of the Royal House of France, published before 1823, published in 1825 (ASIN: B00086WFHM.)¹
     On his death, the Barony of Ashburton became extinct.¹

     Eva (?) married Alan fitz Walter, 2nd High Steward of Scotland, son of Walter fitz Alan, 1st High Steward of Scotland and Eschyna de Molle.¹
