Thomas Read Kemp was born on 23 December 1782.3 He was the son of Thomas Kemp.3 He married Frances Baring, daughter of Sir Francis Baring, 1st Bt. and Harriet Herring, on 12 July 1808.4 He married Frances Margaretta Shakerley, daughter of Charles Watkin John Shakerley and Dorothy Moreland, in 1832.5 He died on 20 December 1844 at age 61 at Paris, France.5,3
