     Sir Robert Ramsay of Auchterhouse was the son of unknown Ramsay.²

     Orlando Benjamin Alberic Goffin was born on 2 June 1998.¹ He is the son of Philippe Goffin and Laura Jane Ogilvy.¹

     Sir James Ramsay, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Gilbert Ramsay, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Blair. He married Christian Ogilvy, daughter of Sir Thomas Ogilvy and Lady Patricia Ruthven.¹ He died in 1730.
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Ramsay, of Bamff, co. Perth [N.S., 1666] circa 1686.¹

     Clara Ogilvy was the daughter of Sir Thomas Ogilvy and Lady Patricia Ruthven.¹ A contract for the marriage of Clara Ogilvy and Robert Fletcher was signed on 22 August 1664.^1,2
     From 22 August 1664, her married name became Fletcher.¹

     Friedrich III Herzog von Sachsen-Gotha was born on 14 April 1699. He was the son of Friedrich II Herzog von Sachsen-Gotha-Altenburg and Magdalena Augusta von Anhalt-Zerbst. He married Luise Dorothea von Sachsen-Meiningen, daughter of Ernst Ludwig I Herzog von Sachsen-Meiningen and Dorothea Marie von Sachsen-Gotha, on 17 September 1729. He died on 10 March 1772 at age 72.
     He was a member of the House of Wettin. He gained the title of Herzog von Sachsen-Gotha.

     Luise Dorothea von Sachsen-Meiningen was born on 10 August 1710. She was the daughter of Ernst Ludwig I Herzog von Sachsen-Meiningen and Dorothea Marie von Sachsen-Gotha. She married Friedrich III Herzog von Sachsen-Gotha, son of Friedrich II Herzog von Sachsen-Gotha-Altenburg and Magdalena Augusta von Anhalt-Zerbst, on 17 September 1729. She died on 22 October 1767 at age 57.

     Ernst Ludwig I Herzog von Sachsen-Meiningen was born on 7 October 1672. He was the son of Bernard I Herzog von Sachsen-Meiningen and Marie Hedwig von Hessen-Darmstadt. He married, firstly, Dorothea Marie von Sachsen-Gotha, daughter of Friedrich I Herzog von Sachsen-Gotha-Altenburg and Magdalena Sibylle Prinzessin von Sachsen-Weissenfels, on 19 September 1704. He married, secondly, Elisabeth Sophie von Hohenzollern, daughter of Friedrich Wilhelm Kurfürst von Brandenburg and Dorothea Sophie zu Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, on 3 June 1714. He died on 24 November 1724 at age 52.
     He gained the title of Herzog von Sachsen-Meiningen.

     Charlotte Amelia Caroline von Hessen-Philippsthal was born on 10 August 1730 at Philippsthal, Germany^G. She was the daughter of Karl Ludwig Landgraf von Hessen-Philippsthal and Karoline Christine von Sachsen-Eisenach. She married Anton Ulric Herzog von Sachsen-Meiningen, son of Bernard I Herzog von Sachsen-Meiningen and Elisabeth Eleanore Sophie von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel, on 26 September 1750. She died on 7 September 1801 at age 71.

     Karl Ludwig Landgraf von Hessen-Philippsthal was born on 23 September 1682 at Schmalkalden, Germany^G. He was the son of Philip Landgraf von Hessen-Philippsthal and Katherine Amalia zu Solms-Laubach. He married Karoline Christine von Sachsen-Eisenach, daughter of Johann Wilhelm Herzog von Sachsen-Eisenach and Christine Juliane von Baden-Durlach, on 25 November 1725. He died on 8 May 1770 at age 87 at Philippsthal, Germany^G.
     He gained the title of Landgraf von Hessen-Philippsthal.
