She was the daughter of Friedrich Wilhelm I Kurfürst von Hessen-Kassel and Getrud Prinzessin von Hanau und Horowitz.¹ She married Ferdinand Maximilian III Fürst zu Ysenburg und Büdingen on 17 July 1849 at Wilhelmshöhe, Germany. She died on 18 September 1887 at age 57.
     She gained the title of Prinzessin von Hanau und Horowitz.¹ She gained the title of Gräfin von Schaumburg.¹

     Wanda Paola Lottero was born on 14 July 1884 at Geneva, Switzerland^G.² She was also reported to have been born on 14 July 1884. She married Hermann Karl Graf von Ostheim, son of Wilhelm Karl Bernhard Hermann Prinz von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach and Gerta Prinzessin zu Ysenburg und Büdingen, on 5 September 1909 at London, England^G.² She and Hermann Karl Graf von Ostheim were divorced on 22 June 1911.²

     Suzanne Aagot Midling was born on 3 March 1886 at Louvig, Norway.¹ She married Hermann Karl Graf von Ostheim, son of Wilhelm Karl Bernhard Hermann Prinz von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach and Gerta Prinzessin zu Ysenburg und Büdingen, on 4 August 1918 at Heidelberg, Baden-Württemburg, Germany.¹ She died on 16 October 1931 at age 45 at Paris, France^G.¹

     Isabel Nielson was born on 3 February 1895 at New York City, New York, U.S.A.^G.² She was the daughter of Francis Nielson.² She married Hermann Karl Graf von Ostheim, son of Wilhelm Karl Bernhard Hermann Prinz von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach and Gerta Prinzessin zu Ysenburg und Büdingen, on 28 November 1932 at Paris, France^G.¹ She died on 6 June 1964 at age 69 at London, England^G.

     Albrecht Wilhelm Prinz von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach was born on 23 December 1886.¹ He was the son of Wilhelm Karl Bernhard Hermann Prinz von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach and Gerta Prinzessin zu Ysenburg und Büdingen.¹ He was also reported to have been born on 31 December 1886. He died on 9 September 1918 at age 31 at Gouzeaucourt, France^G, killed in action.¹
     He gained the title of Prinz von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach.¹ He was given the name of Albrecht Wilhelm Karl Hermann Bernhard August Friedrich von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach at birth. He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918.¹

     Sophie Augustine Prinzessin von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach was born on 25 July 1888 at Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfahlen, Germany^G.¹ She was the daughter of Wilhelm Karl Bernhard Hermann Prinz von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach and Gerta Prinzessin zu Ysenburg und Büdingen.¹ She died on 18 September 1913 at age 25 at Heidelberg, Baden-Württemburg, Germany, unmarried.¹
     She gained the title of Prinzessin von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach.¹ She was given the name of Sophie Augustine Ida Karoline Pauline Agnes Elisabeth Ernestine von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach at birth.

     Alexander Kyrill Graf von Ostheim was born on 7 August 1922.¹ He was the son of Hermann Karl Graf von Ostheim and Suzanne Aagot Midling.¹ He died on 28 March 1943 at age 20 at Stockholm, Sweden^G, unmarried.¹
     He gained the title of Graf von Ostheim.¹ He was given the name of Alexander Kyrill William Hermann Nicholas Wettin von Ostheim at birth.

     Ernst II Ludwig Herzog von Sachsen-Gotha-Altenburg was born on 30 January 1745. He was the son of Friedrich III Herzog von Sachsen-Gotha and Luise Dorothea von Sachsen-Meiningen. He married Maria Charlotte Amelia Ernestine von Sachsen-Meiningen, daughter of Anton Ulric Herzog von Sachsen-Meiningen and Charlotte Amelia Caroline von Hessen-Philippsthal, on 21 March 1769. He died on 20 April 1804 at age 59.
     He was a member of the House of Wettin. He gained the title of Herzog von Sachsen-Gotha-Altenburg.¹
