     Lady Algitha Frederica Mary Lumley was born on 23 November 1847 at Tickhill Castle, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Richard George Lumley, 9th Earl of Scarbrough and Frederica Mary Adeliza Drummond.¹ She married William Thomas Orde-Powlett, 4th Baron Bolton of Bolton Castle, son of William Henry Orde-Powlett, 3rd Baron Bolton of Bolton Castle and Letitia Crawfurd, on 13 August 1868 at Maltby, Yorkshire, England^G.¹ She died on 22 June 1919 at age 71.²
     Her married name became Orde-Powlett. After her marriage, Lady Algitha Frederica Mary Lumley was styled as Baroness Bolton of Bolton Castle on 7 November 1895.

     Diana Mary Henderson was born on 10 January 1911.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. Arnold Henderson and Helen Madeline Gordon.² She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. David Walter Arthur William Forbes, son of Charles William Forbes and Jean Hotham, on 2 July 1931.² She married, secondly, David George Brownlow Cecil, 6th Marquess of Exeter, son of William Thomas Brownlow Cecil, 5th Marquess of Exeter and Hon. Myra Rowena Sibell Orde-Powlett, on 12 December 1946.² She died on 6 June 1982 at age 71.²
     From 2 July 1931, her married name became Forbes.² From 12 December 1946, her married name became Cecil.² After her marriage, Diana Mary Henderson was styled as Marchioness of Exeter on 6 August 1956.

     Lt.-Col. David Walter Arthur William Forbes was born on 13 October 1907.² He was the son of Charles William Forbes and Jean Hotham. He married Diana Mary Henderson, daughter of Hon. Arnold Henderson and Helen Madeline Gordon, on 2 July 1931.³ He died on 13 November 1943 at age 36 at Italy, from wounds received in action.²
     He fought in the Second World War. He gained the rank of Captain in the Coldstream Guards.³ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)³

     Hon. Arnold Henderson was born on 1 July 1883.² He was the son of Alexander Henderson, 1st Baron Faringdon and Jane Ellen Davis.² He married Helen Madeline Gordon, daughter of General Evans Gordon, on 17 February 1908.² He died on 12 March 1933 at age 49.²
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Wiltshire Yeomanry.² He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)² He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.²

     William Martin Alleyne Cecil, 7th Marquess of Exeter was born on 27 April 1909.¹ He was the son of William Thomas Brownlow Cecil, 5th Marquess of Exeter and Hon. Myra Rowena Sibell Orde-Powlett.¹ He married, firstly, Edith Lilian Csanady de Telegd, daughter of Aurel Csanady de Telegd, on 17 January 1934.¹ He married, secondly, Lillian Jane Johnson, daughter of Roy Peter Kopf Hohnson, on 3 September 1954.¹ He died in 1988.¹

     Lady Letitia Sibell Winifred Cecil was born on 20 November 1903.¹ She was the daughter of William Thomas Brownlow Cecil, 5th Marquess of Exeter and Hon. Myra Rowena Sibell Orde-Powlett.¹ She married Henry Frederick Hotham, 7th Baron Hotham of South Dalton, son of Henry Edward Hotham and Ethel Lindsay Wood, on 16 December 1937.¹ She died on 21 July 1992 at age 88 at Dalton Hall, Dalton Holme, Yorkshire, England^G, following an accident.³
     Lady Letitia Sibell Winifred Cecil usually went by her middle name of Winifred.⁴ She was a mezzo-soprano with the D’Oyley Carte and Carla Rosa opera company.⁴ She held the office of Lady-in-Waiting to HRH The Duchess of Gloucester between 1935 and 1937.⁴ After her marriage, Lady Letitia Sibell Winifred Cecil was styled as Baroness Hotham of South Dalton on 16 December 1937.      Henry Frederick Hotham, 7th Baron Hotham of South Dalton was born on 13 August 1899.¹ He was the son of Henry Edward Hotham and Ethel Lindsay Wood.² He married Lady Letitia Sibell Winifred Cecil, daughter of William Thomas Brownlow Cecil, 5th Marquess of Exeter and Hon. Myra Rowena Sibell Orde-Powlett, on 16 December 1937.² He died on 18 November 1967 at age 68 at Dalton Hall, Dalton Holme, Yorkshire, England^G.³

     Lady Romayne Elizabeth Algitha Cecil was born on 22 March 1915.² She was the daughter of William Thomas Brownlow Cecil, 5th Marquess of Exeter and Hon. Myra Rowena Sibell Orde-Powlett.¹ She married Major Hon. Peter Esmé Brassey, son of Major Henry Leonard Campbell Brassey, 1st Baron Brassey of Apethorpe and Lady Violet Mary Gordon-Lennox, on 12 December 1944.¹ She died on 27 June 2001 at age 86.²
     She was with the Voluntary Aid Detachment during the Second World War.² Her married name became Brassey. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1986.²
