     Auberon Thomas Herbert, 9th Baron Lucas of Crudwell was born on 25 May 1876.¹ He was the son of Hon. Auberon Edward William Molyneux Herbert and Lady Florence Amabell Cowper.¹ He died on 3 November 1916 at age 40, killed in action, shot down behind enemy lines, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Bedford Grammar School, Bedford, Bedfordshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1902, as a war correspondant, and was wounded.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Baron Lucas of Crudwell, co. Wilts [E., 1663] on 19 July 1905.² He succeeded as the 5th Lord Dingwall, of co. Ross [S., 1609] on 19 July 1905.² He held the office of Private Secretary to the Secretary of State for War between 1907 and 1908.¹ He held the office of Under-Secretary of State for War between 1908 and 1911.¹ He held the office of Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies in 1911.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1912.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Hampshire Yeomanry.¹ He held the office of President of the Board of Agriculture between 1914 and 1915.¹ He gained the rank of Flight Commander in the Royal Flying Corps.¹

     Rebecca Vogds is the daughter of Johann Vogds and Anna Stubbemann.¹ She married Dr. Franz Baring, son of Johann Baring and Anna Hilderbrand, on 25 September 1688 at Bremen, Germany^G.
     From 25 September 1688, her married name became Baring.¹

     Anna Baring was born on 6 April 1693 at Bremen, Germany^G.¹ She was the daughter of Dr. Franz Baring and Rebecca Vogds.¹ She died on 23 May 1693.¹

     Rebecca Baring was born on 14 May 1692 at Bremen, Germany^G.¹ She was the daughter of Dr. Franz Baring and Rebecca Vogds.¹ She married Theodor Redelmann, son of Gerhard Redelmann, on 2 February 1717 at Bremen, Germany^G.¹ She died on 2 December 1719 at age 27.¹
     From 2 February 1717, her married name became Redelmann.¹

     Theodor Redelmann was born on 8 March 1688.¹ He was the son of Gerhard Redelmann.¹ He married Rebecca Baring, daughter of Dr. Franz Baring and Rebecca Vogds, on 2 February 1717 at Bremen, Germany^G.¹
     He was also known as Theodore Leckelmann.²

     Gerhard Redelmann was born in 1651 at Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany^G.¹

     Gerhard Redelmann was born on 22 November 1717 at Bremen, Germany^G.¹ He was the son of Theodor Redelmann and Rebecca Baring.¹ He died on 28 April 1737 at age 19.¹

     Anna Rebecca Redelmann was born on 25 November 1719 at Bremen, Germany^G.¹ She was the daughter of Theodor Redelmann and Rebecca Baring.¹ She died on 14 December 1741 at age 22.¹
