     From 17 April 1934, her married name became Elphinstone.¹

     Colin Elphinstone was born on 29 July 1888.¹ He was the son of John Elphinstone of Glack and Emma Eliza Betham.² He married Marjorie Buckley, daughter of Llewellyn Eddison Buckley, on 8 June 1922.¹ He died on 6 August 1968 at age 80, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Repton School, Repton, Derbyshire, England^G.¹

     Llewellyn Eddison Buckley was in the Indian Civil Service.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Star of India (C.S.I.)¹

     Marjorie Buckley is the daughter of Llewellyn Eddison Buckley.² She married Colin Elphinstone, son of John Elphinstone of Glack and Emma Eliza Betham, on 8 June 1922.¹
     She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹ From 8 June 1922, her married name became Elphinstone.¹

     Laura Charlotte Gertrude Elphinstone was the daughter of John Elphinstone of Glack and Emma Eliza Betham.² She married Colonel Rowley Philip Arthur Helps, son of T. H. P. Helps, on 14 July 1917.¹ She died on 8 April 1965.¹
     From 14 July 1917, her married name became Helps.

     Anne Inglefield was born circa 1776 at Greenwich, Kent, England.¹ She was the daughter of Captain John Nicholson Inglefield and Ann Smith.² She married Admiral Sir Benjamin Hallowell-Carew, son of Captain Benjamin Hallowell and Mary Roylston, in April 1800 at Gibraltar.¹ She died on 9 February 1850 at Oxford Square, Hyde Park, London, England.¹
     From April 1800, her married name became Carew. On 28 March 1828 her name was legally changed to Hallowell-Carew.

     Colonel Rowley Philip Arthur Helps is the son of T. H. P. Helps.² He married Laura Charlotte Gertrude Elphinstone, daughter of John Elphinstone of Glack and Emma Eliza Betham, on 14 July 1917.¹
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Signals.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹

     Marjorie Rose Elphinstone was born on 16 August 1891.¹ She was the daughter of John Elphinstone of Glack and Emma Eliza Betham.² She married Lt.-Col. Charles Hector Congdon, son of Colonel Ernest Charles Lambert Congdon, on 20 January 1916.¹
     From 20 January 1916, her married name became Congdon.

     Jane Elphinstone was born in 1806 at Bombay, India^G.¹ She was the daughter of John Elphinstone of Glack and Maria Prudence Robertson.¹ She married Colonel Bruce Seton, son of Sir Alexander Seton of Abercorn, 5th Bt. and Lydia Blunt, on 17 June 1825.¹ She died before 1838.¹
     From 17 June 1825, her married name became Seton.¹
