     Jessie Pigou was born in 1825 at Tenby, Pembrokeshire, Wales.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Pigou and Margaret Gordon Macdonald.¹ She married Maj.-Gen. George Drury, son of Henry Drury and Alice McGee, on 3 October 1850 at East Stonehouse, Devon, England.¹ She died on 3 September 1914 at St. Thomas, Devon, England.¹

     Sir Alexander Seton of Abercorn, 5th Bt. was born on 4 May 1772.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Seton, of Abercorn, 4th Bt. and Margaret Hay.² He married Lydia Blunt, daughter of Sir Charles William Blunt, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Peers, on 20 May 1795.¹ He died on 4 February 1810 at age 37, with other issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Seton, of Abercorn, co. Linlithgow [N.S., 1663] on 29 June 1788.¹ He was Officer in the Honourable East India Company Service.¹

     Jonkheer Cornelius Backer was born on 13 April 1766 at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.¹ He was the son of Henrick Backer and Cornelia Maria Elias.¹ He married Agnes Maria Dedel, daughter of Willem Gerrit Dedel and Jacoba Elisabeth van Wickevoort Crommelin, in 1789.¹ He died on 23 February 1819 at age 52 at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.¹
     On 16 September 1815 he was granted the hereditary honorific of Jonkheer.¹

     Joan Doreen Phillips married Frederick William Mulley, Baron Mulley in 1948.¹ She died on 22 May 2001.²
     From 1948, her married name became Mulley.¹

     Sir Henry John Seton of Abercorn, 6th Bt. was born on 4 April 1796.¹ He was the son of Sir Alexander Seton of Abercorn, 5th Bt. and Lydia Blunt.² He died on 21 July 1868 at age 72, run over by a London cab, unmarried.¹
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Seton, of Abercorn, co. Linlithgow [N.S., 1663] on 4 February 1810.¹ He fought in the Peninsular Wars.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the 52nd Regiment and 5th Dragoon Guards.¹ He held the office of Groom-in-Waiting to HM Queen Victoria.¹

     Sir Charles Hay Seton of Abercorn, 7th Bt. was born on 14 November 1797.¹ He was the son of Sir Alexander Seton of Abercorn, 5th Bt. and Lydia Blunt.² He married Caroline Hodges, daughter of Walter Parry Hodges, on 19 May 1829.¹ He died on 11 June 1869 at age 71.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 5th Dragoon Guards.¹ He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Seton, of Abercorn, co. Linlithgow [N.S., 1663] on 21 July 1868.¹

     Walter Parry Hodges was Receiver-General of Dorset.¹

     Caroline Hodges was the daughter of Walter Parry Hodges.² She married Sir Charles Hay Seton of Abercorn, 7th Bt., son of Sir Alexander Seton of Abercorn, 5th Bt. and Lydia Blunt, on 19 May 1829.¹ She died on 17 November 1868.¹
     From 19 May 1829, her married name became Seton.

     Sir Bruce Maxwell Seton of Abercorn, 8th Bt. was born on 31 January 1836.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Hay Seton of Abercorn, 7th Bt. and Caroline Hodges.² He married Helen Hamilton, daughter of General Richard Hamilton, on 30 January 1886.¹ He died on 12 March 1915 at age 79, without issue.¹
     He was Private Secretary to Lord President of the Council between 1867 and 1874.¹ He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Seton, of Abercorn, co. Linlithgow [N.S., 1663] on 11 June 1869.¹ He was Principal Clerk WO in 1882.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Tower Hamlets.¹

     General Richard Hamilton gained the rank of General in the Madras Army.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹
