     Elizabeth Weake Rattray was the daughter of James Rattray of Atherston.2 She married Vice-Admiral Hon. Sir Joseph Sidney Yorke, son of Hon. Charles Yorke and Agneta Johnston, on 29 March 1798.2 She died on 29 January 1812.1
     Her married name became Yorke.

     Christabel Mary Carlisle was born on 1 March 1939.1 She is the daughter of Kenneth Ralph Malcolm Peter Carlisle and Hon. Elizabeth Mary McLaren.1 She married Sir James Andrew Watson, 5th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Aubrey Watson, 4th Bt. and Ella Marguerite Farrar, on 12 January 1965.2
     Her married name became Watson.

John Sinclair, Master of Caithness1

     John Sinclair, Master of Caithness was born circa 1543.2 He was the son of George Sinclair, 4th Earl of Caithness and Lady Elizabeth Graham.3 He married Lady Jean Hepburn, daughter of Patrick Hepburn, 3rd Earl of Bothwell and Agnes Sinclair, from 10 December 1565 to 16 January 1566/67.1 He and Lady Jean Hepburn were divorced on 17 July 1575.1 He died in September 1575, in captivity.2
     He was styled as Master of Caithness.1 Between 1569 and 1575 he was imprisoned in Girnigo Castle by his father following a quarrel.1 He murdered William Sinclair of Mey, strangled by his brother, John.

     Lady Jean Gordon was the daughter of George Gordon, 5th Earl of Huntly and Lady Anne Hamilton.1,2 She married George Sinclair, 5th Earl of Caithness, son of John Sinclair, Master of Caithness and Lady Jean Hepburn, circa 29 July 1585.2 She died after 29 December 1615.3
     After her marriage, Lady Jean Gordon was styled as Countess of Caithness circa 29 July 1585. From circa 29 July 1585, her married name became Sinclair.

George Gordon, 5th Earl of Huntly1

     George Gordon, 5th Earl of Huntly was the son of George Gordon, 4th Earl of Huntly and Elizabeth Keith.1 He married Lady Anne Hamilton, daughter of James Hamilton, 2nd Earl of Arran and Lady Margaret Douglas, circa 12 March 1558.1 He died on 19 October 1576, from a seizure following a football game.1
     He purchased lands of Rothiemurchus on 26 November 1539 from Alan Ciar MacIain Mackintosh of Rothiemurchus, 7th Chief of Clan Shaw.2 On 8 February 1562/63 he was found guilty of treason, and narrowly escaped a death sentence.1 He held the office of Lord Chancellor [Scotland] from March 1564/65 to 1567.1 He succeeded as the 5th Earl of Huntly [S., 1445] in 1567, after being restored to this title.1 He has an extensive biographical entry in the Dictionary of National Biography.3

George William Coventry, Viscount Deerhurst1

     George William Coventry, Viscount Deerhurst was born on 25 October 1808.2 He was the son of George William Coventry, 8th Earl of Coventry and Hon. Emma Susanna Lygon.2 He married Harriet Anne Cockerell, daughter of Sir Charles Cockerell, 1st Bt. and Hon. Harriet Rushout, on 15 March 1836 at Loughborough, Leicestershire, EnglandG.2 He died on 5 November 1838 at age 30 at Bourton House, Gloucestershire, EnglandG, from consumption.2 He was buried on 14 November 1838 at Croome Dabitot, Worcestershire, EnglandG.2 He died intestate and his estate was administered on 10 January 1839.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 2nd Life Guards.2 He was styled as Viscount Deerhurst between 1831 and 1838.2

     Harriet Anne Cockerell was born on 15 June 1812.2 She was the daughter of Sir Charles Cockerell, 1st Bt. and Hon. Harriet Rushout.1 She married George William Coventry, Viscount Deerhurst, son of George William Coventry, 8th Earl of Coventry and Hon. Emma Susanna Lygon, on 15 March 1836 at Loughborough, Leicestershire, EnglandG.1 She died on 7 January 1842 at age 29 at Pau, FranceG.1 Her will (dated 22 April 1839) was proven (by probate) on 4 March 1842.1
     Her married name became Coventry.
