(Whig) for Flintshire between 1847 and 1854.1 He held the office of Vice-Admiral of North Wales between 1854 and 1884.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Lloyd [G.B., 1778] on 3 April 1854.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Mostyn of Mostyn, co. Flint [U.K., 1831] on 3 April 1854.1
