John Cecil, 5th Earl of Exeter1

John Cecil, 5th Earl of Exeter was the son of John Cecil, 4th Earl of Exeter and Lady Frances Manners.1 He and Lady Anne Cavendish obtained a marriage license on 4 May 1670.1 He died on 29 August 1700.1
He succeeded as the 6th Baron of Burghley, co. Northampton [E., 1571] on 18 March 1677/78.1 He succeeded as the 5th Earl of Exeter [E., 1605] on 18 March 1677/78.1
