     Bernard David Ogilvy Arbuthnott was born on 7 August 1908.¹ He was the son of Lindsay George Arbuthnott and Gertrude Forbes Nash.¹ He died on 15 August 1976 at age 68 at Royal Edinburgh Hospital, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.²

     Margaret Wedderburn Arbuthnott was born on 7 May 1913.¹ She was the daughter of Lindsay George Arbuthnott and Gertrude Forbes Nash.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Hew Angus Christopher Blair-Imrie, son of Lt.-Col. Hew Francis Blair-Imrie and Selina Gladys Eyre Crabbe, on 30 June 1939.¹ She died in 1994 at Brechin, Angus, Scotland.²
     From 30 June 1939, her married name became Blair-Imrie.¹

     William Herbert, 1st Baron Powis was born from 1573 to 1574.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward Herbert and Mary Stanley.¹ He married Lady Eleanor Percy, daughter of Henry Percy, 2nd Earl of Northumberland and Katherine Neville, before 1600.¹ He died on 7 March 1655/56.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Montgomery from 1597 to 1598.¹ He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) in 1603.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Montgomery between 1604 and 1611.¹ He held the office of Member of the Council for Wales in 1608.¹ He held the office of Sheriff for Montgomeryshire in 1613.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Montgomery in 1614.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Montgomery from 1621 to 1622.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Montgomery between 1624 and 1629.¹ He was created 1st Baron Powis, of Powis, co. Montgomery [England] on 2 April 1629.¹ He held the office of Constable of Radnor Castle in 1631.¹ He held the office of Steward of Radnor in 1631.¹ He held the office of Member of the Council for Wales in 1633.¹ In 1644 he held Powis Castle for King Charles I until it fell to Parliament.¹

     Henry Frederick Thynne was born after 1642. He was the son of Sir Henry Frederick Thynne, 1st Bt. and Hon. Mary Coventry.¹ He married Dorothy Philips, daughter of Francis Philips.² He died in 1705.²
     He held the office of Clerk of Privy Counsellors.² He lived at Kempton Park, Sunbury, London, England^G.³

     William Edward Montagu Hulton-Harrop is the son of Reverend Arthur Hyde Hulton and Elizabeth Margaret Harrop.²
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He lived at Bardsley, Lancashire, England^G.¹ He lived at Lythwood Hall, Shropshire, England^G.¹

     Lt.-Col. Hew Angus Christopher Blair-Imrie was born on 24 July 1915 at Brecknock, Breconshire, Wales.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Hew Francis Blair-Imrie and Selina Gladys Eyre Crabbe.^1,2 He married Margaret Wedderburn Arbuthnott, daughter of Lindsay George Arbuthnott and Gertrude Forbes Nash, on 30 June 1939.¹ He died on 18 August 1944 at age 29 at Normandy, France, killed in action.¹
     He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1937 in the 4th/5th Battalion, Black Watch.² He fought in the Second World War. He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Black Watch, attached to the Gordon Highlanders.¹ He fought in the Battle of El Alamein in 1942, where he was wounded.² He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1942.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹

     Gavin Nicholas Tait was born in 1939 at Hampstead, London, England.² He is the son of Gordon Tait and Patricia R. Ellis.¹ He married Zara Mary Heber-Percy, daughter of Brigadier Algernon George William Heber-Percy and Daphne Wilma Kenyon Bowles, on 29 June 1961.¹ He and Zara Mary Heber-Percy were divorced in 1980.³
