Carlo Alberto di Savoia-Carignano, Re di Sardegna1 
Carlo Alberto di Savoia-Carignano, Re di Sardegna was born on 29 October 1798 at Paris, FranceG.3 He was the son of Carlo Emanuele Ferdinand di Savoia-Carignano, Principe di Carignano and Marie Christine Herzogin von Kurland.4 He married Maria Theresia Erzherzogin von Österreich, daughter of Ferdinando III Erzherzog von Österreich Granduca di Toscana and Luisa Maria di Borbone, Principessa delle Due Sicilie, on 30 September 1817.3 He died on 28 July 1849 at age 50 at Oporto, PortugalG.3
He gained the title of Re Carlo Alberto di Sardegna in 1831.4 He was deposed as King of Sardinia in 1849.4

Jean-Baptiste Gaston, Duc d’Orléans was born on 25 April 1608 at Fontainebleau, Île-de-France, FranceG.1 He was the son of Henri IV, Roi de France and Marie de Medici.1 He married, firstly, Marie de Bourbon, Duchesse de Montpensier, daughter of Henri de Bourbon, Duc de Montpensier and Henriette Catherine de Joyeuse, on 6 August 1626 at Nantes, Bretagne, FranceG.1 He married, secondly, Marguerite de Lorraine, daughter of François II, Duc de Lorraine and Christine Gräfin von Salm, on 31 January 1632 at Nancy, FranceG.1,3 He died on 2 February 1660 at age 51 at Blois, Berri, FranceG.1
He was a member of the House of Bourbon. He gained the title of Duc d’Orléans.4

She was the daughter of Vittorio Amadeo I, Duca di Savoia and Marie Christine de Bourbon, Princesse de France.1 She married Rainuzzio II Farnese, Duca di Parma, son of Odoardo Farnese, Duca di Parma and Margherita de Medici, in 1660.1 She died on 29 April 1663 at age 27.

Rainuzzio II Farnese, Duca di Parma was born on 17 September 1630.2 He was the son of Odoardo Farnese, Duca di Parma and Margherita de Medici.3,2 He married, firstly, Violante Margherita di Savoia, daughter of Vittorio Amadeo I, Duca di Savoia and Marie Christine de Bourbon, Princesse de France, in 1660.1 He married, secondly, Isabella d‘Este, Principessa di Modena, daughter of Francesco I d‘Este, Duca di Modena and Mary Farnese, on 18 February 1664.4 He married, thirdly, Maria d‘Este, Principessa di Modena, daughter of Francesco I d‘Este, Duca di Modena and Mary Farnese, on 1 October 1668.4 He died on 11 December 1694 at age 64.2
He succeeded as the Duca di Parma in 1646.1,3
