     Reverend William Monck was born on 13 July 1809.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Miles Lambert Monck, 6th Bt. and Louisa Lucia Cooke.² He died on 19 May 1845 at age 35.¹

     Mary Augusta Walcott Henderson was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Sir Edmund Yeamans Walcott Henderson.¹ She married George Frederick McCorquodale, son of George McCorquodale and Louisa Kate Honan, in July 1879.¹ She died in February 1935.¹
     From July 1879, her married name became McCorquodale.¹

     Edmund George McCorquodale was born on 23 July 1881.¹ He was the son of George Frederick McCorquodale and Mary Augusta Walcott Henderson.¹ He died on 24 May 1904 at age 22, unmarried.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G.¹

     Mary Douglas McCorquodale was born on 2 August 1880.¹ She was the daughter of George Frederick McCorquodale and Mary Augusta Walcott Henderson.¹ She married Captain J. L. Wood on 16 December 1904.¹ She died on 5 December 1968 at age 88.¹
     From 16 December 1904, her married name became Wood.¹ She was awarded the British Empire Medal (B.E.M.)¹

     Maggie Janet Cox was the daughter of Alexander Cox.¹ She married Alexander Cowan McCorquodale, son of George McCorquodale and Louisa Kate Honan, in 1886.¹ She died in 1945.¹
     From 1886, her married name became McCorquodale.¹

     Alexander Cox lived at Hafod Elroy, Derbyshire, England^G.¹

     Lady Constance Harriet Amherst was born in 1843.² She was the daughter of William Pitt Amherst, 2nd Earl Amherst of Arracan and Gertrude Percy.³ She married Sir Arthur Edward Middleton, 7th Bt., son of Charles Atticus Monck and Laura Ridley, on 8 November 1871.¹ She died on 7 October 1879.¹
     From 8 November 1871, her married name became Middleton.

     Gilbert William Middleton was born on 23 August 1872.¹ He was the son of Sir Arthur Edward Middleton, 7th Bt. and Lady Constance Harriet Amherst.² He died on 1 January 1896 at age 23.¹

     Sir Charles Arthur Middleton, 8th Bt. was born on 22 October 1873.¹ He was the son of Sir Arthur Edward Middleton, 7th Bt. and Lady Constance Harriet Amherst.² He died on 22 February 1942 at age 68, unmarried.¹
     He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Middleton, of Belsay Castle, co. Northumberland [E., 1662] on 1 April 1933.¹

     Hugh Jeffery Middleton was born on 1 October 1879 at Castle Ward, Northumberland, England^G.^1,2 He was the son of Sir Arthur Edward Middleton, 7th Bt. and Lady Constance Harriet Amherst.³ He married Mary Katharine Long, daughter of Rear-Admiral Samuel Long and Alice Jane Wigram, on 22 July 1905 at Catherington, Hampshire, England^G.^1,2 He died on 10 August 1914 at age 34.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.¹ He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.¹
