     Alexander Cowan McCorquodale was born on 10 March 1858.¹ He was the son of George McCorquodale and Louisa Kate Honan.¹ He married Maggie Janet Cox, daughter of Alexander Cox, in 1886.¹ He died on 10 January 1941 at age 82.¹
     He held the office of High Sheriff of Shropshire in 1912.¹ He lived at Cound Hall, Shropshire, England^G.

     Catherine Gordon was born circa 1798 at Clifton, Bristol, England^G.^2,3 She was the daughter of John Gordon.¹ She married Sir William Miles, 1st Bt., son of Philip John Miles and Maria Whetham, on 12 September 1823.¹ She died on 23 March 1869 at Bedminster, Somerset, England^G.³
     Her married name became Miles. She lived in 1851 at Abbots Leigh, Somerset, England^G.^2,3

     Theresa Eliza Stafford Caulfeild was the daughter of Major John Palmer Caulfeild.² She married, firstly, Captain John Caulfeild, son of John Caulfeild and Anne Lovell Bury, on 4 March 1870.¹ She married, secondly, Thomas Hennessy after 1892.³ She died on 3 May 1911.¹
     From after 1892, her married name became Hennessy.³

     Major John Palmer Caulfeild gained the rank of MAjor in the Bengal Cavalry.¹

     Major George Richard Browne was born on 10 June 1834.¹ He was the son of Hon. Richard Howe Browne and Elizabeth Browne.¹ He married Louisa Tyler, daughter of Vice-Admiral Sir George Tyler and Harriet Margaret Sullivan, on 13 June 1857.¹ He died in 1901.¹
     He was awarded the Chevalier, Legion of Honour.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 88th Connaught Rangers.¹

     Emily Anna Browne was the daughter of Hon. Richard Howe Browne and Elizabeth Browne.¹ She died on 13 July 1857, unmarried.¹

     Louisa Tyler was the daughter of Vice-Admiral Sir George Tyler and Harriet Margaret Sullivan. She married Major George Richard Browne, son of Hon. Richard Howe Browne and Elizabeth Browne, on 13 June 1857.¹ She died on 4 October 1915.¹
     Her married name became Browne.

     Hugh Maxwell Tyler was born on 25 January 1846. He was the son of Reverend Roper Trevor Tyler and Isabel Bruce-Pryce. He died in 1879.

     Rt. Rev. Arthur Henry Howe Browne was born on 16 October 1881.¹ He was the son of Hon. Richard Howe Browne and Elise Watkin.¹ He died on 8 September 1961 at age 79, unmarried.¹
     He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was Vicar at St. John the Divine, Kensington, London, England.¹ He held the office of Canon of Southwark.¹ He held the office of Bishop of Bloemfontein between 1935 and 1951.¹
