     Frances Henrietta Maxwell was born in 1851 at Barnes, Surrey, England.1 She was the daughter of Sir Peter Benson Maxwell and Frances Dorothea Synge.1 She married General Charles John Moysey, son of Reverend Frederick Luttrell Moysey and Arabella Ward, on 29 March 1873 at St. Mary Abbott’s Church, Kensington, London, England.1 She died in 1925 at London, England.1
     From 29 March 1873, her married name became Moysey.1
