     Frederick Michael Hewlins Milburn was born on 17 February 1923.1 He was the son of Major William Hewlins Milburn and Gladys Constance Griffin.2 He married Elspeth Georgina Farquhar-Spottiswood, daughter of Major Thomas William Farquhar-Spottiswood, on 30 July 1949.1 He died on 24 May 1993 at age 70 at Duloe, Cornwall, England.3
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Darmouth, Devon, England.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He was appointed Fellow, Land Agents’ ASociety (F.L.A.S.) in 1961.1 He lived at Bocaddon, Lanreath, Looe, Cornwall, EnglandG.1
