     Frances Dorothea Synge was born circa 1813 at Ireland.² She was the daughter of Francis Synge and Elizabeth Taylor.¹ She married Sir Peter Benson Maxwell, son of Reverend Peter Benson Maxwell and Hester Emily O’Hara, in 1842.¹ She died in 1896 at Chelsea, London, England.²
     From 1842, her married name became Maxwell.¹

     Sir Peter Benson Maxwell was born circa 1817 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.² He was the son of Reverend Peter Benson Maxwell and Hester Emily O’Hara.^1,2 He married Frances Dorothea Synge, daughter of Francis Synge and Elizabeth Taylor, in 1842.¹ He died on 14 January 1893 at Grasse, France.^1,2
     He lived at Birdstown, County Donegal, Ireland^G.¹ He held the office of Recorder of Prince of Wales’ Island between 1856 and 1866.² He was appointed Knight on 30 January 1856.² He held the office of Recorder of Singapore between 1866 and 1871.² He held the office of Chief Justice of the Straits Settlements between 1867 and 1871.¹

     Reverend Peter Benson Maxwell was born circa 1780 at Birdstown, County Donegal, Ireland.² He married Hester Emily O’Hara.² He died on 23 January 1867 at Bath, Somerset, England.²
     He lived at Birdstown, County Donegal, Ireland^G.¹

     Barbara Synge was the daughter of Francis Synge and Elizabeth Taylor.¹ She died, drowned in infancy.¹

     Sir Robert Synge, 1st Bt. was the son of Venerable Edward Synge and Sophia Helen Maria Hutchinson.¹ He married Margaret Wolfe, daughter of Theobald Wolfe, on 7 May 1784.² He died in 1804.³
     He was created 1st Baronet Synge, of Kiltrough [U.K.] on 12 August 1801.²

     Elizabeth Synge was born in 1755.¹ She was the daughter of Venerable Edward Synge and Sophia Helen Maria Hutchinson.¹ She married John Richard Ormesby in 1794.¹ She died in 1801.¹
     From 1794, her married name became Ormesby.¹

     John Richard Ormesby married Elizabeth Synge, daughter of Venerable Edward Synge and Sophia Helen Maria Hutchinson, in 1794.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the British Army.¹

     Anne Penelope Wyndham Griffith was born on 4 November 1928 at The Manor House, Winsley, Wiltshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Captain Richard Glyn Griffith and Eleanor Gertrude Knatchbull.¹ She married Paul Peeks.¹ She died on 22 October 2009 at age 80.²
     Her married name became Peeks.¹
