     Elizabeth Buttar married Hugh Maxwell of Tealing, son of David Maxwell.¹ She died in May 1590.¹
     Her married name became Maxwell.¹

     Jane Johnes was born in 1759.¹ She married Colonel Thomas Johnes, son of Thomas Johnes, in 1782.¹ She died in 1834.¹

     Thomas Johnes died in 1780.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Radnorshire between 1777 and 1780.¹

     MArianne Johnes was born in 1784.¹ She was the daughter of Colonel Thomas Johnes and Jane Johnes.¹ She died in 1811.¹

     John Phillpotts was born in July 1775.¹ He was the son of John Phillpotts and Sybella Codrington.¹ He married Sarah Chandler, daughter of Thomas Chandler, on 19 September 1797 at Ozleworth, Gloucestershire, England.¹ He died on 29 June 1849 at age 73 at Regents Circus, London, England.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Gloucester between 1830 and 1831.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Gloucester between 1832 and 1835.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Gloucester between 1837 and 1847.²
