Elaine Carlisle Leach1 
She fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1915, with the V.A.D., and was mentioned in despatches.1 From before 1927, her married name became Lloyd-Dodd.1 From 9 April 1927, her married name became Bryan.1 After her marriage, Elaine Carlisle Leach was styled as Baroness Bellew of Barmeath on 9 April 1927. She held the office of Councillor for Kilkenny between 1955 and 1973.1
