     George Maxwell of Newark and Tealing is the son of Patrick Maxwell, 5th of Newark and Margaret Crawford.¹ He married Helen Maxwell, daughter of Hugh Maxwell of Tealing and Elizabeth Buttar.¹

     Sir John Bellew, 4th Bt. was born in 1728.¹ He was the son of Sir Edward Bellew, 3rd Bt. and Eleanor Moore.¹ He died on 2 November 1750, unmarried.¹ His will was proven (by probate) on 9 January 1750/51.²
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Bellew, of Barmeath, co. Louth [I., 1688] in October 1741.¹ His last will was dated 14 January 1748/49.

     Sir Patrick Bellew, 5th Bt. was born circa 1735.² He was the son of Sir Edward Bellew, 3rd Bt. and Eleanor Moore.¹ He married Mary Hore, daughter of Matthew Hore and Mabella (?), on 18 August 1756.¹ He died on 5 March 1795.¹
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Bellew, of Barmeath, co. Louth [I., 1688] on 2 November 1750.¹
     He had eight other sons.¹

     Mary Hore was the daughter of Matthew Hore and Mabella (?)^1,2 She married Sir Patrick Bellew, 5th Bt., son of Sir Edward Bellew, 3rd Bt. and Eleanor Moore, on 18 August 1756.¹ She died on 14 May 1837.¹
     From 18 August 1756, her married name became Bellew.¹

     Matthew Hore married Mabella (?)
     He lived at Shandon, County Waterford, Ireland^G.¹

     Frances Bellew is the daughter of Sir Patrick Bellew, 5th Bt. and Mary Hore.¹ She married Malachy Donelan.¹

     Malachy Donelan married Frances Bellew, daughter of Sir Patrick Bellew, 5th Bt. and Mary Hore.¹
     He lived at Ballydonelan, Ireland^G.¹

     Mary Bellew is the daughter of Sir Patrick Bellew, 5th Bt. and Mary Hore.¹

     George Leopold Bryan was born circa 1829.² He was the son of Colonel George Bryan and Margaret Talbot.¹ He married Lady Elizabeth Georgiana Conyngham, daughter of General Sir Francis Nathaniel Conyngham, 2nd Marquess Conyngham and Lady Jane Paget, on 6 December 1849 at Castleknock, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.^3,2 He died in 1880 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^3,2
     He lived at Jenkinstown Park, County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.¹

     Elaine Carlisle Leach was the daughter of John Benjamin Leach.¹ She married, firstly, Herbert Lloyd-Dodd before 1927.¹ She married, secondly, Major George Leopold Bryan, 4th Baron Bellew of Barmeath, son of Edward Joseph Bellew, 2nd Baron Bellew of Barmeath and Augusta Mary Bryan, on 9 April 1927.¹ She died on 7 March 1973.¹
     She fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1915, with the V.A.D., and was mentioned in despatches.¹ From before 1927, her married name became Lloyd-Dodd.¹ From 9 April 1927, her married name became Bryan.¹ After her marriage, Elaine Carlisle Leach was styled as Baroness Bellew of Barmeath on 9 April 1927. She held the office of Councillor for Kilkenny between 1955 and 1973.¹
