Francis Charles Seymour-Conway, 3rd Marquess of Hertford was born on 11 March 1777.1 He was the son of Francis Seymour-Ingram, 2nd Marquess of Hertford and Hon. Isabella Anne Ingram-Shepheard.1 He married Maria Emilia Fagnani, daughter of William Douglas, 4th Duke of Queensberry and unknown wife (?), on 18 May 1798.1 He died on 1 March 1842 at age 64 at Dorchester HouseG.1
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Orford between 1797 and 1802.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Lisburn between 1802 and 1812.1 He held the office of Recorder of Coventry and Bodmin.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1812.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
