Lady Isabella Stanhope was born circa 1748. She was the daughter of William Stanhope, 2nd Earl of Harrington and Lady Caroline Fitzroy.1 She married Charles William Molyneux, 1st Earl of Sefton, son of Hon. Thomas Joseph Molyneux and Maria Leverly, on 27 November 1768.1 She died on 29 January 1819.1
After her marriage, Lady Isabella Stanhope was styled as Viscountess Molyneux on 27 November 1768. From 27 November 1768, her married name became Molyneux. After her marriage, Lady Isabella Stanhope was styled as Countess of Sefton on 30 November 1771.
