Lady Diana Lucy Baldwin was born on 8 April 1895.1 She was the daughter of Stanley Baldwin, 1st Earl Baldwin of Bewdley and Lucy Ridsdale.1 She married, firstly, Sir Richard Gordon Munro, son of Richard Gordon Munro, on 24 November 1919.1 She and Sir Richard Gordon Munro were divorced in 1934.1 She married, secondly, Captain George Durant Kemp-Welch, son of Brian Kemp-Welch and Verena Georgina Venour, on 24 February 1934.1 She died in 1982.3
From 24 November 1919, her married name became Munro.1 From 24 February 1934, her married name became Kemp-Welch.1
