     Augustus Woodley Bernal married Evelyn Bagot, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Edward Richard Bagot and Matilda Perkins, on 25 September 1869.¹

     Ethel Bagot was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Edward Richard Bagot and Matilda Perkins.¹ She married Maj.-Gen. George Paton on 21 January 1873.¹ She died on 11 October 1885.¹
     From 21 January 1873, her married name became Paton.¹

     Maj.-Gen. George Paton married Ethel Bagot, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Edward Richard Bagot and Matilda Perkins, on 21 January 1873.¹ He died on 30 July 1931.¹
     He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)¹

     William Bagot was born on 22 June 1809.¹ He was the son of Rt. Rev. Hon. Richard Bagot and Lady Harriet Villiers.¹ He died in November 1810 at age 1.¹

     Arthur Greville Bagot was born on 29 September 1849.¹ He was the son of Vice-Admiral Henry Bagot and Wilhelmina Frederica Bagot.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Isabella Scott, daughter of Henry Scott, on 5 February 1878.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Lilian Wall, daughter of Reverend H. Wall, on 10 December 1913.¹ He died on 7 June 1915 at age 65.¹
     He gained the rank of officer in the 60th Foot.¹

     Mary Isabella Scott was the daughter of Henry Scott.¹ She married Arthur Greville Bagot, son of Vice-Admiral Henry Bagot and Wilhelmina Frederica Bagot, on 5 February 1878.¹ She died on 7 December 1905.¹
     From 5 February 1878, her married name became Bagot.¹

     Emma Anne Caroline Bloomfield Loftus is the daughter of Rt. Hon. Lord Augustus William Frederick Spencer Loftus and Emma Maria Greville.² She married, firstly, Colonel Hon. Frederick Arthur Wellesley, son of Henry Richard Charles Wellesley, 1st Earl Cowley and Hon. Olivia Cecilia FitzGerald-de Ros, on 15 December 1873.² She and Colonel Hon. Frederick Arthur Wellesley were divorced in 1882.² She married, secondly, Leberecht Kurt von Koller on 14 February 1903.¹
     Her married name became Wellesley. From 14 February 1903, her married name became von Koller.¹

     Rt. Hon. Lord Augustus William Frederick Spencer Loftus was born on 4 October 1817.¹ He was the son of John Loftus, 2nd Marquess of Ely and Anna Maria Dashwood.² He married Emma Maria Greville, daughter of Vice-Admiral Henry Francis Greville and Harriet Dorothea Despard, on 9 August 1845.¹ He died on 7 March 1904 at age 86.¹
     He held the office of Governor of New South Wales between 1879 and 1885.¹ He held the office of Ambassador to Germany.¹ He held the office of Ambassador to Russia.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)¹ He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.)¹

     John Loftus, 2nd Marquess of Ely was born on 15 February 1770.¹ He was the son of Charles Loftus, 1st Marquess of Ely and Jane Myhill.² He married Anna Maria Dashwood, daughter of Sir Henry Watkin Dashwood, 3rd Bt. and Mary Helen Graham, in 1810.¹ He died on 26 September 1845 at age 75.¹
     He was given the name of John Tottenham at birth.¹ In 1783 his name was legally changed to John Loftus.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1800.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Loftus of Loftus Hall, co. Wexford [I., 1785] on 22 March 1806.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Loftus of Long Loftus, co. York [U.K., 1801] on 22 March 1806.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Tottenham [I., 1780] on 22 March 1806.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Marquess of Ely [I., 1801] on 22 March 1806.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Loftus of Ely [I., 1789] on 22 March 1806.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Ely [I., 1794] on 22 March 1806.¹ He was appointed Knight, Order of St. Patrick (K.P.) in 1807.¹ He had three other daughters who died unmarried.¹

     Thomas Geoffrey Charles Michael Taylour, 6th Marquess of Headfort was born on 20 January 1932.¹ He was the son of Terence Geoffrey Thomas Taylour, 5th Marquess of Headfort and Elise Florence Tucker.¹ He married, firstly, Hon. Elizabeth Angela Veronica Rose Nall-Cain, daughter of Arthur Ronald Nall Nall-Cain, 2nd Baron Brocket and Angela Beatrix Pennyman, on 2 May 1958.² He and Hon. Elizabeth Angela Veronica Rose Nall-Cain were divorced in 1969 at Isle of Man^G.¹ He married, secondly, Virginia Nable, daughter of unknown Nable, on 11 November 1972.² He died on 21 October 2005 at age 73.³
