Sir Richard Bulkeley Williams-Bulkeley, 10th Bt.1 
He was given the name of Richard Bulkeley Williams at birth.4 On 26 June 1827 his name was legally changed to Richard Bulkeley Williams-Bulkeley by Royal Licence.4 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Williams, of Penrhyn, co. Caernarvon [E., 1661] on 1 December 1830.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Beaumaris between 1831 and 1833.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Anglesey between 1832 and 1837.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Flint Boroughs between 1841 and 1847.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Anglesey between 1847 and 1868.2 He held the office of Lord-Lieutenant of Caernarvonshire between 1851 and 1866.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Caernarvonshire in 1870.2
