     Commander George Jonathan Gawthorne gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹

     Hon. Henry Aylmer was born on 10 August 1816.¹ He was the son of Captain John Athelmar Aylmer and Elizabeth Coates.¹ He married Eliza Atkins, daughter of Henry Atkins, on 2 November 1846.¹ He died in 1900.¹
     On 15 May 1867 he was granted the rank of baron’s son.¹

     Hon. Venetia Jane Digby was born on 3 November 1900.² She was the daughter of Edward Henry Trafalgar Digby, 10th Baron Digby and Emily Beryl Sissy Hood.² She married Captain Hon. Oswald Wykeham Cornwallis, son of Fiennes Stanley Wykeham Cornwallis, 1st Baron Cornwallis and Mabel Leigh, on 5 December 1923.¹ She died on 16 March 1956 at age 55.¹
     Her married name became Cornwallis.

     Captain Hon. Oswald Wykeham Cornwallis was born on 16 March 1894.² He was the son of Fiennes Stanley Wykeham Cornwallis, 1st Baron Cornwallis and Mabel Leigh.² He married Hon. Venetia Jane Digby, daughter of Edward Henry Trafalgar Digby, 10th Baron Digby and Emily Beryl Sissy Hood, on 5 December 1923.² He died on 28 January 1974 at age 79.²
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Osborne, Isle of Wight, England^G.² He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England^G.² He was Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.² He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     Fiennes Stanley Wykeham Cornwallis, 1st Baron Cornwallis was born on 27 May 1864.¹ He was the son of Major Fiennes Cornwallis and Harriet Elizabeth Mott.² He married Mabel Leigh, daughter of Oswald Peter Leigh, on 10 February 1886.¹ He died on 26 September 1935 at age 71.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Maidstone between 1888 and 1895.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Maidstone between 1898 and 1900.¹ He held the office of Chairman of the Kent County Council.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and Honorary Colonel in the West Kent Imperial Yeomanry.¹ He was created 1st Baron Cornwallis, of Linton, co. Kent [U.K.] on 31 January 1927.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Kent.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent.¹ He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in 1933 in the Thames and Medway Heavy Brigade, Royal Artillery (Territorial Army.)¹

     Mabel Leigh was born circa 1866.¹ She was the daughter of Oswald Peter Leigh.² She married Fiennes Stanley Wykeham Cornwallis, 1st Baron Cornwallis, son of Major Fiennes Cornwallis and Harriet Elizabeth Mott, on 10 February 1886.¹ She died on 6 March 1957.¹
     Her married name became Cornwallis. After her marriage, Mabel Leigh was styled as Baroness Cornwallis on 31 January 1927.

     Oswald Peter Leigh is the son of James Heath Leigh and Frances Mosley.²
     He lived at Belmont, Cheshire, England^G.¹

     Henry Noel Kenelm Digby, 13th Baron Digby was born on 6 January 1954. He is the son of Edward Henry Kenelm Digby, 12th Baron Digby and Dione Marian Sherbrooke.¹ He married, firstly, Susan Elizabeth Watts, daughter of Peter Watts, on 12 July 1980.¹ He and Susan Elizabeth Watts were divorced in 2001.¹ He married, secondly, Sophia Malim, daughter of Robert Malim, on 7 August 2002.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was registered as a Associate, Institute of Chartered Accountants (A.C.A.)¹ He was vice-president of JP Morgan.¹ He succeeded as the 13th Baron Digby, of Geashill, King’s County [I., 1620] on 1 April 2018. He succeeded as the 7th Baron Digby, of Sherborne, co. Dorset [G.B., 1765] on 1 April 2018.

     Hon. Rupert Simon Digby was born on 21 August 1956.¹ He is the son of Edward Henry Kenelm Digby, 12th Baron Digby and Dione Marian Sherbrooke.¹ He married Charlotte Fleury Hirst, daughter of Robert Hirst, in 1986.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Southampton University, Southampton, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at Rookwood Farmhouse, Stockcross, Berkshire, England^G.¹

     Hon. Zara Jane Digby was born on 27 May 1958.¹ She is the daughter of Edward Henry Kenelm Digby, 12th Baron Digby and Dione Marian Sherbrooke.¹ She married James Edward Caulfeild Percy, son of Henry Edward Percy and Eileen Ruth Morley Caulfeild, in 1993.¹
     From 1993, her married name became Percy.¹ She was a dress designer.¹ She lived in 2003 at Gillans, Minterne Parva, Dorchester, Dorset, England^G.¹
