Hon. Viola Maud Lyttelton1 
Hon. Viola Maud Lyttelton was born on 10 June 1912.1 She was the daughter of John Cavendish Lyttelton, 9th Viscount Cobham and Violet Yolande Leonard.1 She married Robert George Grosvenor, 5th Duke of Westminster, son of Lord Hugh William Grosvenor and Lady Mabel Florence Mary Crichton, on 3 December 1946.1 She died in 1987, killed in a car crash.3
She gained the rank of Flying Officer in the Women’s Auxiliary Air Force, during the Second World War, where she was mentioned in despatches.1 Her married name became Grosvenor. After her marriage, Hon. Viola Maud Lyttelton was styled as Duchess of Westminster on 25 February 1967.
