     Her married name became Gimse.¹

     Gunnar Gimse was born on 17 September 1910 at Jessheim, Norway.¹ He was the son of Carl Peter Gimse and Sigrid Heide.¹ He married Marjory Heather Downton, daughter of Geoffrey Murray Downton and Winifred Heather Jackson.¹ He died on 20 March 1997 at age 86 at West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.¹

     Caroline Philips was the daughter of Robert Needham Philips.² She married Sir George Otto Trevelyan, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Charles Edward Trevelyan, 1st Bt. and Hannah More Macaulay, on 29 September 1869.¹ She died on 26 January 1928.¹
     From 29 September 1869, her married name became Trevelyan.

     Sir Charles Philips Trevelyan, 3rd Bt. was born on 28 October 1870.¹ He is the son of Sir George Otto Trevelyan, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Philips.³ He married Mary Katharine Bell, daughter of Sir Thomas Hugh Bell, 2nd Bt. and Florence Eveleen Eleanor Olliffe, on 6 January 1904.¹ He died on 24 January 1958 at age 87.¹

     Robert Calverley Trevelyan was born on 28 June 1872.¹ He was the son of Sir George Otto Trevelyan, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Philips.² He married Elizabeth van der Hoeven, daughter of Jan des Amorie van der Hoeven, on 7 June 1900.¹ He died on 21 March 1951 at age 78.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1894 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)¹ He was a poet.¹
