     Sir Maurice Hugh Lowthian Bell, 3rd Bt. was born on 29 March 1871.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Hugh Bell, 2nd Bt. and Maria Shield.¹ He died on 17 November 1944 at age 73, unmarried.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the 4th Battalion, Yorkshire Regiment.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of the North Riding, Yorkshire.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the North Riding, Yorkshire.¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1901.¹ He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1916, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1916.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of County Durham between 1921 and 1922.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Bell, of Rounton Grange, co.      Reverend Hugh Lowthian Bell was born on 21 October 1878.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Hugh Bell, 2nd Bt. and Florence Eveleen Eleanor Olliffe.¹ He married Frances Helena Morkill, daughter of John William Morkill, on 24 November 1921.¹ He died on 2 February 1926 at age 47.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹

     Sir Hugh Francis Bell, 4th Bt. was born on 7 December 1923 at Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa^G.¹ He was the son of Reverend Hugh Lowthian Bell and Frances Helena Morkill.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Helen Mathieson, daughter of Archibald Mathieson, on 17 October 1947.¹ He and Mary Helen Mathieson were divorced in 1958.¹ He married, secondly, Dr. Mary Howson, daughter of George Howson, on 11 August 1959.¹ He died on 6 August 1970 at age 46.¹
     He was educated at Bryanston School, Blandford, Dorset, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Bell, of Rounton Grange, co. Yorks and Washington Hall, co. Durham [U.K., 1885] on 17 November 1944.¹

     Sir John Lowthian Bell, 5th Bt. was born on 14 June 1960.¹ He is the son of Sir Hugh Francis Bell, 4th Bt. and Dr. Mary Howson.¹ He married Venetia Mary Frances Perry, daughter of J. A. Perry, on 22 June 1985.¹
     He was educated at Glenalmond College, Perthshire, Scotland^G.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Bell, of Rounton Grange, co. Yorks and Washington Hall, co. Durham [U.K., 1885] on 6 August 1970.¹ He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at Arncliffe Hall, Ingleby Cross, Northallerton, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Felicity Casey married Patrick Desmond Carl-Alexander Guinness, son of Hon. Desmond Walter Guinness and Marie Gabrielle Prinzessin von Urach, in August 1985.¹ She and Patrick Desmond Carl-Alexander Guinness were divorced in 1989.¹
     From August 1985, her married name became Guinness.¹

     Jasmine Leonora Guinness was born on 28 September 1976.¹ She is the daughter of Patrick Desmond Carl-Alexander Guinness and Felicity Casey.¹ She and Gawain O’Daire Rainey were engaged on 31 January 2005.³ She married Gawain O’Daire Rainey, son of Michael Sean O’Dare Rainey and Hon. Jane Teresa Denyse Ormsby-Gore.⁴
     Her married name became Rainey.⁴

     Elwood Arthur O’Dare Rainey was born in 2001.¹ He is the son of Gawain O’Daire Rainey and Jasmine Leonora Guinness.¹
