     George Macaulay Trevelyan was born on 16 February 1876.¹ He was the son of Sir George Otto Trevelyan, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Philips.² He married Janet Penrose Ward, daughter of Humphry Ward, on 19 March 1904.¹ He died on 20 July 1962 at age 86.¹

     Janet Penrose Ward was the daughter of Humphry Ward.² She married George Macaulay Trevelyan, son of Sir George Otto Trevelyan, 2nd Bt. and Caroline Philips, on 19 March 1904.¹ She died in 1956.¹
     From 19 March 1904, her married name became Trevelyan. She was awarded the Companion of Honour (C.H.) in 1936.¹

     Theodore Macaulay Trevelyan was born on 5 July 1906.¹ He was the son of George Macaulay Trevelyan and Janet Penrose Ward.² He died on 19 April 1911 at age 4.¹

     Charles Humphry Trevelyan was born on 6 March 1909.¹ He was the son of George Macaulay Trevelyan and Janet Penrose Ward.² He married Mary Trumbull Bennett, daughter of Winchester Bennett, on 11 June 1936.¹ He died on 1 April 1964 at age 55.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was a Fellow in 1947 at King’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹

     Winchester Bennett lived at New Haven, Connecticut, U.S.A.¹

     Mary Trumbull Bennett was the daughter of Winchester Bennett.² She married Charles Humphry Trevelyan, son of George Macaulay Trevelyan and Janet Penrose Ward, on 11 June 1936.¹ She died on 5 November 2002.¹
     From 11 June 1936, her married name became Trevelyan.

     Thomas Arnold Trevelyan was born on 27 December 1942.¹ He is the son of Charles Humphry Trevelyan and Mary Trumbull Bennett.² He married, firstly, Anne Margaret Jones, daughter of James Jones, on 26 February 1965.¹ He and Anne Margaret Jones were divorced in 1974.¹ He married, secondly, Anita Smith, daughter of Reginald Martyn Smith, in 1974.¹
