     Captain Lionel Cyril Gibbs was born on 15 February 1893 at Flax Burton, Somerset, England.^1,2 He was the son of Henry Martin Gibbs and Emily Anna Otter.¹ He married, firstly, Mary Charlesworth, daughter of Albany Hawke Charlesworth, on 1 July 1925.¹ He and Mary Charlesworth were divorced in 1932.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Sonia Snagge, daughter of Sir Harold Edward Snagge and Inez Alfreda Lubbock, on 1 November 1933 at Somerset, England.^1,2 He died on 25 December 1940 at age 47 at Alresford, Hampshire, England.^1,2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the North Somerset Yeomanry.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹

     Mary Charlesworth was the daughter of Albany Hawke Charlesworth.¹ She married, firstly, Captain Lionel Cyril Gibbs, son of Henry Martin Gibbs and Emily Anna Otter, on 1 July 1925.¹ She and Captain Lionel Cyril Gibbs were divorced in 1932.¹ She married, secondly, Major Arthur Walter James, son of Hon. Robert James and Lady Evelyn Kathleen Wellesley, on 23 June 1932.²
     Her married name became Gibbs. From 23 June 1932, her married name became James.²

     Albany Hawke Charlesworth lived at Grinton, Yorkshire, England^G.¹

     Elizabeth Sonia Snagge was born in 1910 at Kensington, London, England.² She was the daughter of Sir Harold Edward Snagge and Inez Alfreda Lubbock.^1,2 She married, firstly, Captain Lionel Cyril Gibbs, son of Henry Martin Gibbs and Emily Anna Otter, on 1 November 1933 at Somerset, England.^1,2 She married, secondly, William Edward Harcourt, 2nd Viscount Harcourt, son of Lewis Harcourt, 1st Viscount Harcourt and Mary Ethel Burns, on 23 January 1946.¹ She died on 30 October 1959 at New York, U.S.A.^1,2
     Her married name became Gibbs. From 23 January 1946, her married name became Harcourt.¹

     Hon. Charlotte Hobhouse was the daughter of John Cam Hobhouse, 1st and last Baron Broughton of Broughton-de-Gyfford and Lady Julia Tomlinson Hay.¹ She married Colonel Dudley Wilmot Carleton, 4th Baron Dorchester, son of Rev. Hon. Richard Carleton and Frances Louisa Horton, on 27 July 1854.¹ She died on 11 June 1914.¹
     Her married name became Carleton.

     Colonel Dudley Wilmot Carleton, 4th Baron Dorchester was born on 12 November 1822.¹ He was the son of Rev. Hon. Richard Carleton and Frances Louisa Horton.¹ He married Hon. Charlotte Hobhouse, daughter of John Cam Hobhouse, 1st and last Baron Broughton of Broughton-de-Gyfford and Lady Julia Tomlinson Hay, on 27 July 1854.² He died on 18 November 1897 at age 75, without issue.¹ He was also reported to have died on 30 November 1897.³
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Coldstream Guards.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baron Dorchester, of Dorchester, co. Oxford [G.B., 1786] on 3 December 1875.¹ On his death, his barony became extinct.¹

     Hon. Sophia Hobhouse was the daughter of John Cam Hobhouse, 1st and last Baron Broughton of Broughton-de-Gyfford and Lady Julia Tomlinson Hay.¹ She married John Strange Jocelyn, 5th Earl of Roden, son of Robert Jocelyn, 3rd Earl of Roden and Hon. Maria Frances Catherine Stapleton, on 31 July 1851.² She died on 3 December 1916.²
     Her married name became Jocelyn. After her marriage, Hon. Sophia Hobhouse was styled as Countess of Roden on 9 January 1880.

     Arthur Grey Hazlerigg, 2nd Baron Hazlerigg was born on 24 February 1910.¹ He was the son of Arthur Grey Hazlerigg, 1st Baron Hazlerigg and Dorothy Rachel Buxton.¹ He married Patricia Pullar, daughter of John Pullar, on 19 September 1945.¹ He died on 30 September 2002 at age 92.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1932 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery (TA.)¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1945.¹ He was chartered surveyor with John German.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Leicestershire in 1946.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Leicestershire in 1947.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Hazlerigg, of Noseley Hall, co. Leicester [U.K., 1945] on 25 May 1949.¹ He succeeded as the 14th Baronet Hesilrige, of Noseley Hall, co. Leicester [E., 1622] on 25 May 1949.¹ He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.) in 1953.¹

     Patricia Pullar was the daughter of John Pullar.¹ She married Arthur Grey Hazlerigg, 2nd Baron Hazlerigg, son of Arthur Grey Hazlerigg, 1st Baron Hazlerigg and Dorothy Rachel Buxton, on 19 September 1945.¹ She died on 29 April 1972.¹
     Her married name became Hazlerigg. After her marriage, Patricia Pullar was styled as Baroness Hazlerigg on 25 May 1949.

     John Pullar died before 1963.
     He lived at Fields Hill, Kloof, Natal, South Africa^G.¹
