     From 3 June 1886, her married name became Tennant.¹

     Andrew Duff Tennant was born on 17 June 1928.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. John Edward Tennant and Victoria Maud Veronica Duff.¹ He married Lucinda Evelyn James, daughter of Major Arthur Walter James and Mary Charlesworth, on 22 July 1953.¹ He and Lucinda Evelyn James were divorced in 1967.² He died on 24 March 2018 at age 89.³
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of officer between 1945 and 1948 in the Scots Guards.¹ He lived in 2003 at Muiresk House, Turriff, Aberdeenshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Major Arthur Walter James was born on 6 January 1904.¹ He was the son of Hon. Robert James and Lady Evelyn Kathleen Wellesley.¹ He married, firstly, Zita Jungman, daughter of Nico Jungman and Beatrice Mackay, on 29 January 1929.¹ He and Zita Jungman were divorced in 1932.¹ He married, secondly, Mary Charlesworth, daughter of Albany Hawke Charlesworth, on 23 June 1932.¹ He died in 1981.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Grenadier Guards.²

     Alan Tennant was born on 7 August 1888.¹ He was the son of William Augustus Tennant and Agnes Gairdner.² He died on 9 May 1915 at age 26, killed in action.¹

     Charles Mercer was born circa 1836 at Uxbridge, London, England.² He married Grace Ewart Clark in 1870.²

     Major Archibald Ariel Mercer was born in 1875 at Uxbridge, London, England.² He was the son of Charles Mercer and Grace Ewart Clark.^3,2 He married Margaret Edith Tennant, daughter of William Augustus Tennant and Agnes Gairdner, on 4 August 1913.¹ He died on 17 November 1914.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the 2nd Battalion, Dorset Regiment.¹

     Agnes Dalrymple Tennant was born on 27 May 1897 at Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, England.² She was the daughter of William Augustus Tennant and Agnes Gairdner.³ She died on 13 March 2003 at age 105 at Harlow, Essex, England.²
     Agnes Dalrymple Tennant also went by the nick-name of Jancy.¹
